01 / What we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate this site and respond to inbound inquiries. When you submit a pitch through /apply, we store the project name, sector, stage, deck link, founder email, and free-text rationale you provide. We do not place advertising or identity-tracking cookies. We do not sell your data.

02 / Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (cookieless, aggregated) to understand which pages are read. No personal identifiers, IP addresses retained beyond the request, or cross-site profiles are stored. If we later introduce cookie-based analytics, this policy will be updated and an opt-in surface added.

03 / Pitch submissions

Pitch deck submissions and email correspondence are reviewed by the Investment Committee and retained for internal record-keeping. We do not share submissions with third parties outside of Gemhead Capital's principals, advisors, and counsel under confidentiality. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing info@gemhead.capital.

04 / Email communications

If you contact us, we use your email to respond and may retain the exchange for institutional memory. We do not run an email marketing list at this time. If you opt in to future newsletters, an unsubscribe link will be present in every email.

05 / Third parties

This site is hosted by Vercel and served through standard CDN infrastructure. External links (X, LinkedIn, Telegram, CryptoRank, Crunchbase, portfolio company websites) are governed by those services' own privacy policies, which we do not control.

06 / Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS), modern security headers, and limit access to submitted data to Gemhead Capital's principals. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose responsibly to info@gemhead.capital.
